Finishing Work and Painting
We use low-pressure spray guns and high-solids automotive paints and lacquers to achieve professional results. We offer: deep polishing, light polishing, glazing, corrosion protection, and rust removal. If you are not sure which surface treatment option is best for your car, call us and we will discuss it. Applying acid primer to exposed metal 3. Filling areas with depressions, smoothing 4. Priming filled areas 5. Leveling/sanding dried primer 6. Light wet sanding for minor irregularities 7. Full wet sanding of parts to be painted 8. Covering non-paintable surfaces (masking) 9. Cleaning with silicone remover 10. Removing dust with wax paper 11. Heating the room to 40 degrees 12. Applying water-based paint with low-pressure spray gun 13. Drying with compressed air 14. Applying lacquer 15. Drying period (~4 hours) 16. Applying second coat of lacquer 17. Removing dust spots with wet sanding after drying 18. Polishing with two-grit paste to remove micro-scratches 19. Washing paint to remove polishing compound residue 20. Applying protective wax 21. Reassembling the vehicle

Final quality control Equipment: Paint Booth • Frame Straightening Bench • Spotter • Welding Equipment All straightened and replaced parts are coated on the inside with anti-corrosion wax to ensure post-repair corrosion resistance.
